The is a museum at his birth home in Winterset Iowa. Not hard to find.
You can land at Orange County, Calif Airport and see a hugh bronze statue of the Duke. His former home is just a ways from there by auto. He is buried at the Pacific Memorial Gardens Cemetary near his former home.

: John Wayne was born in Winterset Iowa (1907), moved to Pomdale CA (1916),then Glendale CA (1917). His adult life was spent in Hollywood/Southern CA. I don't not know what there is to see at any of these locations. Good Luck.
