The Wayne family( Wayne Enterprises), owns the rights to name, likeness, etc.
Batjac ,still in operation, is one of the etc.
As far as some of the film rights,they vary although the family does own some,High and Mighty, Circus world,Island in the Sky, are three that you don't run into a Wal Mart.
I've heard the Searchers will soon disappear from store shelves.

: Does anyone know if there's a chance Big Jake will ever be released on DVD? Also, Does anyone know who now owns the rights to John Wayne's Batjak Productions?
