Yeah, you can get the soundtrack on cd from screenarchives.com for $30.00 I have my own copy and can say it is well worth the $30.00! It has 37 tracks. The best being:
Ethan Returns (right after the titles)
Debbie Refuses to Leave (classic touching track)
Goodbye to Ethan (the theme on a piano)
Title track

It is really good. Its fold-out has about 30 pages! This is my favorite John Wayne soundtrack (others are Big Jake, Comancheros, McLintock! and El Dorado)
